Taskbar preview bug on Windows 11 24H2

A clear and concise description of what the bug is:

When used with ExplorerBlurMica, the background of the taskbar preview window is black

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enabled “Overlay background effects set using DWMAPI (Win11)” and "Extend the effect to borders (Win10)" and set the effect to "blur".
2. Open a Explorer Window in Win11 24H2
3. Move the mouse to the Explorer icon on the taskbar, then view the preview of the corresponding window

win11文件管理器的特色，不得不尝，如果用startallback换成win10或者是win7样式根本就不会有这个问题，这个问题也和DWMBlurGlass屁关系也没有
