Describe the solution you'd like

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Currently, glass only updates at around 30 frames per second. It would be ideal if it updated at your monitor's refresh rate.

Your reason (tell us why we need it)

Briefly describe your reasons for wanting to do this.

OpenGlass does not have this issue, and it would be nice to have it ported to DWMBlurGlass. I would like to use DWMBG since it has caption size and glow that works on Windows 11, but this is the main reason I continue to use OpenGlass instead of DWMBG. My prior main reason for using OpenGlass was for stability, but the new 2.3.1 Beta seems to have drastically improved stability.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Using OpenGlass. This works perfectly on Windows 10 since you can use AWM, but on Windows 11 DWMBG is the only main way to get caption sizes and glow.

This restriction can be lifted by modifying the registry.

I tried aubymori's Windhawk mod that was included, and it works great. Thank you!

Does OpenGlass have something similar built in that makes this step unnecessary? If so, would it be possible to implement in DWMBG so Windhawk mods or registry editing is not needed?

Yes, OpenGlass has this modification built in.
DWMBlurGlass was supposed to implement this feature, and even now the code includes an implementation of this feature (but not finished), as I seem to have forgotten about it.
