Describe the bug

The app crashes on startup and shows the error message shown in the screenshots section

OS Version : Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 (OS Buil 19044.1288)
Software Version : 2.3.0

What other third-party software do you use:

OldNewExplorer, windhawk (mod list in the screenshots)

None

Additional context
it shows the crash window with steam startup sequence

An optimization in the new version should resolve the issue.
