Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is:

Another mistake!
In the new version (2.3.0) the color values for the active window are adopted incorrectly!
For example, if you set RED (255, 0, 0), the window frame is displayed in black!
And the slider for transparency has no function!

If you use the Aero effect, the Alpha slider does not control transparency, it blends with color balance and glow balance.
In addition, please fill in the template completely as we do not have enough information to handle your issue.
