Problem viewing base map tiles

Just recently installed Map Window 5. I have selected OSM tiles to be on but most of the time they do not appear. At random times they appear but then go again. Open Transport, Cycle, Humanitarian and Mapquest aerial have not worked at all for me. I also get an error when trying to add my Bing key 'Bing Key Failed to initialize'.
