Hi @browniea, looks like this code is based off UNH's vessel-mounted ADCP pipeline that was initially created maybe 20 years ago now. I have mostly built pipelines for vessel-mounted ADCPs here (https://github.com/ME-Data-Pipeline-Software/acoustic_doppler_pipelines), but it looks like this group has theirs configured for deep-ocean moorings and oceanographic research. Their quality control schemes could be useful, but it doesn't look modular.
I found this ADCP processing code the UW is using to read in ADCP ship positions. Check that MHKiT has all the same capabilities.
