How to use the new feature of disabling blips for certain garages?

Setting minZ and maxZ to nil or a number changes nothing.

I'm also having an issue with impounding vehicles.
The vehicles don't end up in luke_garages impound, for some reason.

Vehicles that are outside before restart also don't end up in impound.
