Turning on the "Development Server" option breaks the whole thing

If you flip that option on, you can't even access the plugin settings the next time you open obsidian.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't send it to the dev server afterwards either.
I ended up editing the .js file to manually change the port, then it worked great!
