[FEATURE] Add Blocks for personal or work-related commitments to the calendar view

This would help conflict highlight any courses that conflict with personal or work-related commitments. I need to design the option for this and will come back to it later.

I imagine it something like this but I want to try out a hash pattern later: (I need to design a dialog to input block info)

Adding a note here to remind myself to think about global blocks (blocks that persist across schedules so that the user doesnt have to keep adding them)

I like the approach that Chrome Dev Tools uses. Something like this:
