Allow passing the aperture into the reconstruction UDF

... or a function that generates an aperture, such that we can vary this for each frame, if necessary. This makes it flexible, and possible to use custom filters, for example a line filter to remove fresnel fringes. Need to figure out how to properly parametrize this function.
