Faded chat windows' click-through behavior is very inconsistent

Description

Only one chat window able to be clicked-through at a time. Also, first click is never a click-through.

To Reproduce

1. Activate chat fading module.
2. Have at least 2 chat windows faded.
3. Attempt to click through one of the faded chat windows several times.
4. Attempt to click through an other faded chat window several times.

Expected behavior

Each click is registered, through any chat window that is faded, on whatever is under the cursor in the world or on other UI elements behind the chat window.

Actual behavior

1. The first click registers on the faded chat window and does not pass through it.
2. Future clicks on the same window will pass through it as long as it is still faded.
3. Clicking on an other faded window resets the problem and the first click does not pass through again. Back to (2).

Which means only one single chat window is able to be clicked-through at a time. It is the last one you have clicked on/through at least once.

Addons I am running

Even tho a lot of my addons read the chat, I assume only one addon other than Prat is actively changing the chat windows' behavior, which is WoW Instant Messenger.
No other addon is changing anything related to the chat window(s).
