Ability to Blacklist words in Prat does not function

Describe the bug
For a while now the option to use the /pratblacklist feature to add words to the blacklist has not been functioning. When I try to use the command BugSack goes off, but for a some reason no error is displayed, only a blank BugSack frame.
The command does return that the word to blacklisted was accepted and to reload to activate, but even after reloading the blacklisted word shows up as if it wasn't blacklisted (i.e. highlighted).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use /pratblacklist "word" in the chat frame
2. Blank error frame pops up
3. Prat returns "Prat 3.0: Blacklisting: 'word' to activate Reload
4. Reload
5. Type 'word' into chat and it is still acting as if it has not been blacklisted.

Expected behavior
Word entered is added to the blacklist in Prat so that it is not highlighted when used.
