Increase the duration of the gifted power buff by 60%, for people that don't want to use 40 power but want smth, I think this one isn't detectable ?_?
So you could do it like, on start of combat -> use it 🤷‍♂️

fellowship doesn't give you anything itself... and it would put your power buff on cd leaving you empty-handed the whole fight
