Fix a few minor issues

Looking at the code, I see a missing close parentheses, and that the code has not been updated for ceci 2.0 compatibility. There may be a couple other issues as well, like adding dependencies to the pyproject.toml and such. I'll try to get things running.

Also, the code needs unit tests, at least the porting of the "one_algo" tests that most of the estimators use.
