I'm not sure how you plan to document conda-forge packaging @stuartmcalpine but at least the document can reference conda-forge's documentation: https://conda-forge.org/docs/maintainer/00_intro.html and specifically mention grayskull: https://github.com/conda-incubator/grayskull#introduction
There's also the longer term issue of maintaining the conda-forge recipe and I would definitely advise there should be at least two people listed as conda-forge package owners.
