This behaviour is due to some changes in Windows around how maximized windows (triggered via the window's top bar) are handled. Fixes were added in this commit and will be released as part of On |

, you can manually fix this by unmaximizing the window whenever you see this behaviour, and this non-maximized state should be remembered by the system across application relaunches.
