K64RC3 Incorrect date when user is blocked.

When I block a user, I have to repeatedly click back and forth between banned and activated until only banned is selected. In the _kunena_users table, the date for banned is then “9999-12-31” and this is not changed even when the (test) website is restarted. When I unban the user, the table shows the correct, current date.
If I ban the user again, the table shows 9999-12-31 again.

Unable to reproduce. And FYI when you don't select an enddate, user will be banned forever so 9999-12-31 is correct!
