Hi,

The latest v2024.4.rc2 SPIRV-Tools tag depends on this SPIRV-Headers commit which isn't part of any release / tag yet.
For packaging duties, it would be great to have a new SPIRV-Headers tag containing the above commit.

We should have a "vulkan-sdk-" prefixed tag available soon which corresponds to this tag. We recommend tracking the "vulkan-sdk" tags to update your dependencies.
