Dynamically reduce the time steps of dFBA submodels when FBA solutions predict species populations near 0 in the upcoming time step. Could reduce time step size by half.
Also, increase time step size when FBA solutions do not predict species populations near 0 in the upcoming time step.
Might not be necessary after issues #105 and #106 are addressed.
