Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start sample manager
  2. Add one or more datasets
  3. Abort sample manager (e.g. happens if dasgoclient is not reachable)
  4. Start sample_manager
  5. "Load working version of database?" Yes
  6. Choose option "Save and exit"

=> datasets.json was deleted and datasets.json.working (which should not exists anymore after "Save and exit") doesn't contain the newly added datasets.
