Error when building the tarballs with julia v1.5.3

Do you have docker installed?
According to https://docs.binarybuilder.org/stable/, you need docker installed.
It may be easier to install Linux using WSL for the time being.

Just got Docker installed, got some progress

hm, docker related. I should double-check my Docker installation

Is your docker running? You probably need to start the service first.
