Adding sample CARLA simulator data for Semantic segmentation-based avoidance using BehaviorMetrics #619

The simulator data should contain:

  • Ego vehicle's state (pose, orientation, image frame etc.)
  • Ground truth semantic information
  • World state (dynamic/state objects' pose, orientation, etc.)
