征信Word2Excel软件BUG修复，项目上线跟进
- 建立业务负责人，项目经理，算法工程师三方共存的活跃微信群，群名尽量使用项目名称命名
- 及时相互沟通，特别是针对于上线算法BUG的位置，修复时间等做沟通。
- 注意，群内人员不易过多3-4人即可，这样沟通效率和效果会有大幅提高
