As a Consumer, I need to use any or all transit services, but I require accessibility considerations for this be possible.

Conversation

Many Consumers using Public Transit are not able to drive a vehicle themselves due to impairments, such as vision. All tools for Consumer use to interact with Public Transit Service must be accessible using standards such as WAI-ARIA.

Confirmation

• Consumer User Interface and User Experience passes available WAI-ARIA compliance tests.
• Consumers are able to use the tools based on co-creation interactions
