2. there is a feature that allows users to upload their project into tip.science
3. there is a feature that allows users to upload their project into tip-lite.science [TBD, as it means users should be allowed to open projects made in V2.2 with TIP-lite, but not create new similar projects in TIP-lite, e.g. if they use one of the "disabled" templates...]
4. users of tip.itis.swiss are made aware that this deployment will shut down and they have to download their projects
5. no active users are left on tip.itis.swiss
6. shut down tip.itis.swiss
