  • Join the Slack workspace for this course. Make sure your workspace name is the name to address you by
  • Join our workspace on openProcessing via this invitation link. This is critical as this is where you will be submitting your homework.
  • Fill out the Google Survey if you have not already
  • Get a Github account
  • Direct Message me on Slack, your Github handle (ie, GitHub name; NOT account login).
  • Install Processing.
  • Go through the examples in Processing and explore them.
  • Watch: Shiffman, Learning Processing 1-4 (including sub-videos, ie, 4.4, 4.6, etc)
  • Sketch 1 Announced
  • Review Chapters 1 + 2 in the Learning Processing Book
  • Watch: Shiffman, Learning Processing 1-4 (including sub-videos, ie, 4.4, 4.6, etc)
  • Sketch 1. Do not do it in one sitting. Do ask questions in class as you work on it.
