Update the new version of website gradient buttons

This task is to update the new landing page buttons

Reason for being implemented later
The reason we did not implement it as we need to refactor some parts of the Button component, which could affect many other buttons around the repositories, further to it, there is issues when utilizing border-image for the inset rounded corners, which make it difficult. This may need to be discussed with the dev team. This could have taken a lot more time that it should, especially that Landing Page is one of our main priorities.
