Hi! Very impressive work! Your paper is insightful and thanks for sharing your code. I'd like to reproduce your model on other datasets and compute the adjacent matrix using Task (17) in your paper. However, I could not find the code for Task (17) and could you please share the code about how to solve this problem? It would be very helpful.

Currently, for task (17), we are using the Julia code from this file, particularly the learnManifoldFeatureSpace function, which takes in the matrix X and the parameters p. The structure of p can be found in parameter_setup_PRO_0.jl of the same repo.
