Author page missing header

Hi,

When following the author page in Casper (Open blog post - click "more post by this author"), the page of the author ($URL/author/$AUTHOR) contains the placeholder for the header image of the template, but the image is not applied.

The header icons also display a globe that points to the Twitter profile, if the profile is configured in options. It would be a good idea to replace the globe icon and place the twitter icon, if applicable.
