Is your improvement request related to a problem? Please describe.
This issue is split from #1976
It should be possible to control the precision of data in the CLI CSV data output.
Right now it uses scientific notation with the default number of significant numbers. I believe 6.

Describe the solution you'd like
It should be possible to control it using a command line argument
