About not use Dust3r pretrained model

Hi @puyiwen, I have not tried training Spann3R from scratch. It is mostly due to computational constraints and the data. It is worth trying and I guess the performance can be similar if one can train Spann3R on the same amount of high-quality data as in DUSt3R. However, note that training DUSt3R is much more efficient so it is natural to have the trained DUSt3R as a good initialization.
