Only one language (polish) special signs in popup window on longer press the key - how?

Whatever I set in Advanced - Show more letters with diactric signs... The popup gives me extra signs not used in my language or... does not show them at all.
I have set language to polish only, but look at the screenshot: there is no such sign in my language: Ž.
Anyone from Poland here that managed to set what we only need?

Perhaps you need to change the "Show more letters with diacritics in popups" in the Advanced settings.
I think if you choose "Show variant defined in keyboard languages", your problem should be solved.

Whatever I choose, depending on 1 of 4 options, it either show all, including unneeded diactrics, or none if them. No option leaves only my language special letters, like Gboard does. I think thats a bug.

This doesn't surprise me, because in my language (French) I have the "¡" sign appearing in the symbol view popup, even though it's never used.
Even with a customized layout, this sign persists.
I think there are a few problems with the original layouts integrated into Heliboard.

Maybe is related with the "Select popup order" option inside your language menu in "Language and Layouts" menu, or "Select key popup order" in Preferences menu. Make sure "Language (priority)" is checked.

I just tested, and only the 2 variants you want are shown. So I guess you either have the 3rd variant on a custom layout, or you use an outdated version of HeliBoard (before 2.2).

I don't know who you've addressed your last message to, but what's certain is that the symbols ¡ and ¿ appear in the popups of the signs ! and ? in the symbol view for the French language, whereas they don't exist in this language.
Please note: the symbols ¡ and ¿ are not indicated in any of my layouts.

I answered to @rafnov who apparently uses / used an old version, judging by the screenshot
