Since debian bookworm's pip installs oletools into a virtual python environment I'm not able to run olefy.
I'ld like to see an howto (install this under debian 12).

I had a similar problem on Ubuntu.

I run it as _rspamd User:

sudo -u _rspamd pipx install oletools[full]
then change the path in olefy.conf to
OLEFY_OLEVBA_PATH=/var/lib/rspamd/.local/bin/olevba
and restart the service
