Add to instructor notes based on feedback from dry run #59

While reasonably fresh in our mind, we should add some notes into the isntructor view, particularly about what elements could be skipped/shortened if need for time, and anything else that we think helpful to have for instructors on the day.

@K-Meech @thompson318 Do you have anything in particular to add here? I was trying to remember what options we had talked about for day 3. I remember one being QuPath/pathology, one being digging more into Python, one being talking a little bit about AI methods. Do you remember anything else for this?

@davecash75 Nothing immediately comes to mind that would be useful to add to the instructor notes. There's a section on 'suggestions for additional topics to cover' in my write up of the feedback in the other repo

Thanks @K-Meech! I thought I saw something before from the workshop but couldn't remember where it was.

Nothing to add from me. I thought the students seemed most interested in looking at what impact AI might have on the segmenation pipeline. I did try the napari-segment-anything plugin but it's very unresponsive on my laptop. I think something like that would require careful thought about the computing resources available.
