Adding Lesti_FPC to AOE cron scheduler

Is there a way to add Lesti_FPC to AOE cron scheduler. I often do updates to my M1.9 site and have to flush the FPC, and was just wondering if I could add it to the scheduler in an easy way. I don't mind hitting the flush, it's just that if I'm working overnight, and I forget, it would be cool to know it runs on the scheduler.

Could you live with an external script that refreshes the cache that you can put in the OS' cron?
