Exchange Rates Store

When the user has different assets of different currencies, we need to use the exchange rate between those currencies and the users default currency to calculate summary data (eg. Total Open Value).

To be able to do this easily we should add an Exchange Rate Store, that queries the Exchange Rates for all the involved currencies from the server and provides a method that returns the rate for 2 different given currencies.
