Show an information message when only empty tiles are received

Some sources sometimes don't show any data during periods in which they are getting updated (or that's what I assume, at least). If we find we are only receiving empty/transparent tiles for a map, it might be a good idea to add an information message that the script is still working correctly, but that the backend isn't providing any information.
