Estonian maps

Is it possible to include Estonian maps in OM? We have public WMS, but there is also TMS, WMS-C and WMTS as well. WMS should be the most-updated.

I'm afraid I'm unable to add these maps to the userscript as there are licensing issues that need to be resolved first:

All data that can be seen through this public WMS service is a protected intellectual property and cannot be used without referring to the Estonian Land Board as its owner.

Also, it needs to be clarified whether a commercial entity is seen as "public". I couldn't find a detailed license, so I'm uncertain whether Waze would be fine or not (this could probably just be clarified with an e-mail).
