Add way to set background color

Currently dark and light context control the map color, but not the background color, consider adding additional context options that control the background, so set the backgroundcolor, fontcolors, textcolor, tickcolor, etc.

When adding more stuff consider suplementing psm.context so it take multiple options, and so that will do lookups.
