Document all CronJobs running for Giveth

From Retrospective call Jan 6 we identified the need to have clear documentation on all cronjobs running on Giveth, if there is a new job added we should have it inside of a documentation article.

Does this already exist? If not I am happy to setup a database for cronjobs that we can maintain inside of Notion or somewhere more appropriate.

Assigning @CarlosQ96 to be the point person but we will need support from all devs with context such as @RamRamez @aminlatifi @MohammadPCh @mohammadranjbarz and @geleeroyale
