Is this an official Github education discussion board?

I'm a little confused by the status of these discussions; https://github.com/GitHub-Global-Campus says

You can probably deduce that this isn't an official GitHub organisation (as in, owned/managed by GitHub, Inc) but heya

Yet https://education.github.com/globalcampus/teacher links to these discusions as if they were official.

Answer: no it's not, and github have now changed the link that led here to lead to the correct place.
