Most parts of the eggtracker site are self-explaining. Here's a quick overview over what each page does.

Map

The map view is initally centered on a point the admin configured for the site.

In the top right corner, there's a legend that also allows you to turn on and off the display of eggs and Lanuv stations.

Click an egg or Lanuv station icon on the map to see its last measurements. You will see a warning whether measurements are old and if they crossed the upper pollution limits set for this substance.

Egg List

Egg list lists all measurement stations that are currently used to display data on the website. There are links to their original websites where you can read more about each station. You can click on the coordinates to view the station on the map.

More

Under "More" there are two more possibilities for displaying the collected data.

  • Table view
  • Export

Export collected data in CSV, JSON and XML format.

The info page lists some information about why this project exists and what its aim is.
