1. In Apache server enable rewrite_module (might be called mod_rewrite).
	Modules configuration might be located in "{apache_dir}\conf\httpd.conf": 
	uncomment (remove # sign) #LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

2. In PHP enable (1) php_curl, (2) php_openssl (3) php_xsl extensions.
	Extensions configuration might be located in "{apache_dir}\bin\php.ini"
	uncomment (remove ; sign) ;extension=php_curl.dll and ;extension=php_openssl.dll
	;extension=php_xsl.dll in php.ini on Windows, or apt-get install php5-xsl on most Linux-based systems

3. Add the following to "{apache_dir}\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf" (adjust to your own local installation and directories):

<VirtualHost *:80>
    ServerAdmin webmaster@dummy-host.example.com
    DocumentRoot "c:/wamp/www/silex/web"
    ServerName geolabel.net
    ServerAlias www.geolabel.net
    ErrorLog "logs/geolabel.net-error.log"
    CustomLog "logs/geolabel.net-access.log" common
</VirtualHost>

4. Uncomment the following in "{apache_dir}\conf\httpd.conf":
	#Include conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf (remove # sign)

5. Run Notepad as Administrator, open "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" and add the following:

127.0.0.1	geolabel.net
127.0.0.1	www.geolabel.net

6. Restart Apache and PHP services

In order to enable this module on a Windows environment, libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll must be present in your PATH (download from http://www.ie7pro.com/openssl.html).
Downlpoad php_curl-5.4.3-VC9-x64.zip from: http://www.anindya.com/php-5-4-3-and-php-5-3-13-x64-64-bit-for-windows/
and replace /php5.4.3/ext/php_curl.dll
