Bug: Page title being used as app name in wallet #69

The page title is being used to populate the app name in rainbow wallet (maybe others also). This is generally ok, but is weird when connecting from a product page. Also a good reminder to include ENS in page titles.

@RamRamez can we change this to "ENS Merch Shop" and have that be the default connect name?
