Having the configuration to open .fnfc files with the Funkin application and then opening it appears to set the current directory to where the file is located
will investigate at some point,,,
Oh yeah the footage of this happening

From my testing this also seems to happen with the backups folder
Steps to Reproduce
Have a .fnfc chart saved somewhere on your computer
Open it with fnf
The "mods" folder will appear in the same directory/folder as the .fnfc file

I can't seem to reproduce with the itch.io release so I suppose you're compiling from the develop branch, if so I think this may have something to do with the changes in e6b6b41
