Have a List of Features that would probably never make it in the game

I think having a list either in the README.md file or pinned somewhere here in the GitHub Repo with features that would probably never make it in the game with a reason why would be nice - that way those who wish for things like the Miss Counter or similar would know not to recommend it as an enhancement/make PRs that add it. Kind of how Minecraft has one!

Of course I don't expect the list to not be changed at any point since by the looks of it the plans for the game seem to be rather huge and having everything planned out with Dave would be nearly impossible (especially since, for instance, character remixes initially were supposed to only be vocal swaps). However I am certain that all that planning would be worth it in the end since the GitHub repo's discussions/issues/pull requests page would be more organized! :]

Do you think this would be more effective in the README or a [READ BEFORE OPENING ISSUES] pinned issue?
I imagine a lot of new users jump straight to the Issues page and open a bug report without searching for their issue.

I guess the latter option would be marginally more effective because of the reason you just stated (and also because I'm not even sure if a lot of players know there is a readme file lol)
