A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]

Power-managing GPUs on Linux is hard and you currently must make the trade-off between power efficiency and VRR working properly on AMDGPU.

LACT allows controlling the power management aswell as fan curves etc. With the most recent version, it has gained support for profiles that can be switched dynamically.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Gamemode should be able to toggle between two LACT profiles: Desktop and Gaming. It'd switch to the designated gaming profile when the game starts and back to the desktop profile when it's stopped. The names of the profiles should be customisable.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
