Info lacking about other branches

The readme of the other branches could use some more description.

Also having the minecraft version in the branch name would be great !

v2 is very unfinished and not really supported yet. I'll write docs for it when it's stable. It will also support both 1.19 and 1.20 from the same branch. Currently v1 (the repo's default branch) is the supported one. ^^
