Feature: Recreate Config Given a Supplied Install Dir

We should have an option to recreate a config file should for some reason it not be properly made. cf. #248.

As it is, I have an install that completed, but I can't use it because the config failed to create. Now I either have to track down the variables manually or reinstall. Either of which I can do, but the average user will always do the latter rather than the former.

A stopgap solution is to have an example completed config somewhere that a user could copy and modify the values manually until the option is coded.
