Description

The Contributor License Agreement link at the bottom of the README doc still points to the READ the Docs website. It should point to the CLA landing page in F5 cloud docs:

http://clouddocs.f5.com/cloud/openstack/v1/support/cla_landing.html

The page on contributing needs to be updated as well.

The project README also still has the RTD badge and a link to RTD.
